DELIVERY DETAILS:
All UK Mainland Orders are subject to a £4.95 postage and packaging fee which includes 1st Class Tracked delivery service. We aim to ship orders out same business working days excluding public Holidays. We kindly ask that you allow upto 7 business working days for receipt of order to your door. If your order does not arrive within 7 business working days please email us immediately and we will track your order.
All Overseas Orders are subject to a £9.95 postage and packaging fee which includes priority tracked mail services. Please allow upto 21 days for any overseas orders to arrive as some countries have strict customs processing which may delay shipments. Most international orders ship door to door within 7-10 days. We hold no responsibility for import duties, TAX or VAT charges at destination.

As per our buyer to seller distance selling requirements we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. If your item is faulty we will issue a replacement or refund. If you don’t want the item/s for any other reason please notify us within 7 working days of receipt of goods. You must return the goods back at your cost within 14 days of receipt of goods for a full refund. We will not accept any used returned goods.
